Terms and Conditions
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, with 30% of the total amount due. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. You will receive a timely payment request for this. If your vacation falls within 8 weeks after booking, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Deposit €100 in cash upon arrival. The deposit serves as security for damage to inventory and for leaving the cottage clean at departure. After departure, the deposit will be refunded by bank, unless cleaning takes more time than usual, in which case cleaning costs will be charged and deducted from the deposit.
Extra person only on request €15 per night, excl. tourist tax (extra bed is placed).
End cleaning the accommodation must be left tidy and clean. A vacuum cleaner is available. If it appears after your departure that the cleaning takes more time than usual, cleaning costs will be charged.
Pets: bringing a dog is only possible after prior consultation. Have you agreed with us to bring a dog? The cost of a dog is €10 per night. Unannounced dogs can be refused. Cats are not allowed.
Duration of stay:
- Stay for at least 3 nights (fewer nights on request).
- From November to March, stay from 2 nights.
- In July and August, the stay must be a minimum of one week.

Optional, an early check-in can be booked from 13:00 or a late check-out until 13:00. The costs for this are €25.
